“I have come a long way since my time with you. The proof of my improvements were proven this past weekend when my dad and a couple friends and i piled into my truck and drove 10 hours south to the golf mecca of north america in Bandon Dunes. I played 3 pain free rounds of golf. Not only pain free but feeling strong and flexible. It has been a huge improvement for my golf. Most importantly I can pick up my daughters and toss them around without issue. I love being able to play with the girls without any real worry (although I will always be cognizant of my back and engaging my multifidus before any big lifts). LOL. I just wanted to thank you so much for taking me on and getting me started in the right direction. You helped shape my life by setting me up in the right direction. You were the first and only Professional that knew what the issue was, thank you. I'm not saying I am happy I blew out my back but, I may be suffering more today if I had not."

Let’s consider what the research has to say about what we should and shouldn’t be doing when we run.
